One version is 60 GB and the other is 120 GB. This space can be used to save all of your music projects. 120 GB is a huge amount of space to save mixes on this device but many DJs would not complain. The DJs will not complain about the price either. $499 is a very good bargain considering all of the features packed in this device. DJs will salivate over all of the experiments that they can create using this very small music player. You can easily record all of your mixes and music and transfer it to your desktop. Tonium P666 Pacemaker Pros and Cons:
Small and portable. Can go anywhere. *Many features are included and are numerous. *The storage in the 60 GB and the 120 GB are very effective and reliable. A good thing if you create a large amount of musical projects and mixes. *Sound quality surpasses any MP3 and other players you can get on the market. *It is very easy and simple to use the interface. *To learn to use this device only takes from two to three hours of your time, a time saver. *A wireless device and unlike your traditional turntables, the wireless capability is found to be reliable by DJs. *The tracks for the MP3 are converted to 128AAC, a format that requires much less space. A good thing for your hard drive and the sound quality is better than a WAV, MP3, etc. *60GB holds 15,000 tracks and 120 GB holds 30,000 tracks. *With a fully charged battery there is 15 hours playing time and 5 hours mixing time.
*The touchpad is a little annoying because of how small this device is. You will accidentally hit buttons you were never meant to touch! *This can damage a mix and cause frustration you do not need. The EQ controls are hard to adapt to.
The Tonium P666 does offer extensive features, more features than you will see in any other DJing equipment or music player. Anyone, especially Djs, will be extremely impressed with this product when they purchase and use this product. This product offers much more than others.
